We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our talent acquisition team in connecting global talent with leading American companies.
This role will involve coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate records. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
