We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Implement processes to ensure successful delivery and identify critical delivery issues.
- Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients.
- Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
- Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review.
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
- Monitor Client's satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate the recruiting process with the Recruitment team.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/delivery management.
- Experience as a delivery manager.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting.
- Experience managing external clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional English level, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Strong team orientation, maintaining partnerships, collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
