Biogen is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analytics Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal key business stakeholders to design, develop, and provide business-oriented reports, KPIs, and analytical capabilities.
Key Tasks:- Develop and disseminate accurate analysis on market dynamics, patient flow, evolution index, competitors analysis, and demand evolution.
- Support Brand Managers and Finance in developing market analysis and forecast through strategic planning processes.
- Present monthly sales force and marketing dashboards, including sales, demand, and productivity KPIs, activities, and budget tracking, to the Executive Committee.
- Implement market research programs to track market dynamics, product performance, and stakeholders' perceptions.
- Knowledge of business statistics, quantitative methods, performance analysis, and development of business performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relational databases.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
