Position Overview
Client Relations Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to support clients at our healthcare facilities, someone who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional experiences focused on individuals' health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients upon arrival at the reception area.
- Efficiently manage both internal and external phone communications.
- Engage with various technological systems on a daily basis.
- Provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multiple operational departments.
- Schedule, adjust, and/or cancel patient appointments.
- Oversee the calendar of the healthcare provider.
Essential Skills:
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Empathetic demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Positive outlook.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
- Availability for flexible scheduling.
- Students in early university education are encouraged, but not required.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Additional Information:
- In-person work environment.
- Standard hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
