Position Overview
Client Care Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to support clients at our healthcare facilities, someone who genuinely prioritizes customer service by delivering meaningful experiences focused on individuals' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients upon arrival at the healthcare facility.
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing phone communications.
- Engage with various technological systems utilized in our operations.
- Provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multiple operational departments.
- Schedule, adjust, and/or cancel patient appointments as needed.
- Oversee the schedule of healthcare providers.
Essential Skills:
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving.
- Empathetic disposition.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Positive outlook.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
- Availability for flexible scheduling.
- University students in early academic stages are encouraged, but not required.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Additional Information:
- In-person work environment.
- Standard working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
