Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TikTok's Creative Support team and operation for media sales and Selvadirect clients.
  • Lead SELVA's creative support operation for TikTok globally.
  • Design TikTok solutions for media sales team and direct clients.
  • Create working methodologies and reporting structures for the support, production, and direct sales.
  • Manage the creative and production team working in the platform.
  • Manage onsite or remote sessions with clients, prospects, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Report operations and business results.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in the advertising industry, with a focus on creative support.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering high performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Demonstrated capability in client interaction, presenting ideas, and managing expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Understanding of business operations: Knowledge of how to design, implement, and optimize business processes, including workflow development, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive growth, improve client satisfaction, and optimize team operations.
