About the team

The Brand Strategy team is focused on delivering engaging narratives that inform and inspire clients, agencies and the industry with the opportunity TikTok brings to media agencies and brands direct. Some examples of work from this team include platform and vertical narratives, inspiration decks around key moments on TikTok, strategic best practices and thought leadership. Ultimately our work will help generate demand for TikTok and drive consideration for our products and solutions.

We are also responsible for proactively developing business on TikTok from an agreed list of clients, leveraging our relationships with senior agency heads of strategy and planning. We work closely with the product team, agency sales, client teams and Creative Lab.

About the role

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead a Region to Deliver across a variety of initiatives**:

- Product: Ongoing regional positioning, narratives, best practices and collateral for existing and new TikTok advertising products. Work in close partnership with product org to influence positioning and use for new products.
- Case Studies: Delivery of regional case studies approved for public-facing opportunities, including client meetings, industry stages, press events and PR.
- Product Marketing Communication: Build external facing, effective and industry leading product narratives and marketing collaterals to drive successful regional launches and grow product at scale.
- Vertical Insight & Solution: Build deep dive vertical solution/narrative to drive vertical growth
- Regional Showcase Library & Spotlights: Build Regional showcase library for both external pitch and internal sharing and analysis and enhance cross market showcase sharing
- Data & Tools: Leverage data, tools and research to create insights that inform messaging. Drive data tools development & optimization

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in digital media and marketing at an agency, publisher or technology platform;
- + 10 years relevant industry experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment within global, cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in Spanish & English.
