**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to own customer solutions, proactively facilitating, organizing, and communicating solutions across various customers, teams, and resources.
The ideal candidate will respond to submitted support requests in a prompt manner, track issues in the Ticketing System to ensure timely follow-up, and reproduce and create detailed documentation regarding problems reported by end-users.
They will also work well with all team members across all departments and functions, including supporting the Operations team with customers, the Product team and outside developer resources to communicate as needed, and the Sales team for demonstrations.
In addition, the successful candidate will complete administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in a customer support, technology support, or quality assurance position.
A strong background in quality measures implementation, API calls and integrations, and GitHub or similar ticketing systems is required.
The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen and explain technical terms to non-technical colleagues.
