**Job Description**

We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our revenue operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining data and process integrity in Salesforce, owning and implementing technology into our current tech stack, and working regularly with GTM leadership to ensure scalability.

You will work cross-functionally with several teams, including Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success, by providing key sales data and analysis to assist leadership in sound decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analysis on Sales KPIs such as forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, software attach rate, and bookings linearity
  • Proactively monitoring and driving system clean-up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data
  • Preparing bi-weekly consulting to software attach analysis
  • Building baseline PowerPoint slides by providing data analysis and key performance metrics to support leadership with their quarterly business reviews
  • Recommending revisions to existing reports and assisting in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Assisting management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities, ensuring execution in a timely fashion
  • Serving as a liaison with other departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
