B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our commercial team at IT Crowd Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the pharmaceutical industry.
Main Responsibilities- Market Research and Business Planning: Conduct thorough market research to design and implement a powerful business plan that attracts new clients, business partners, and allies in a highly competitive market.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance your customer portfolio by proposing customer loyalty tasks and building strong relationships with key clients.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Prospect accounts to generate new business meetings and visit potential clients to offer our company's services.
- Account Management and Relationship Building: Strengthen the long-term commercial relationship between our company and current clients, and build solid ties with high-level executives.
- Business Plan Execution: Execute the business plan in each assigned market and account to maintain a healthy sales forecast and exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing area in the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns.
- Value Sales of SaaS Solutions: Have experience in value sales of SaaS solutions to companies.
- Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation skills.
- Account Planning and Territory Management: Have experience in managing account plans and territory plans.
- Graduate Degree: Hold a graduate degree in Marketing, Commercialization, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- English Language Proficiency: Possess an intermediate-advanced level of English.
- Industry Knowledge: Have experience in the IT market and knowledge of the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical devices, or cosmetics industry.
- Availability to Travel: Be available to travel.
- OSDE for the Family Group: Offer OSDE for the family group.
- Annual Training Plan: Provide an annual training plan.
- Additional Week of Vacation: Offer an additional week of vacation starting in the second year of work.
- Home Office: Provide a home office.
- Weekly English Classes: Offer weekly English classes.
- Credit on Pedidos Ya: Provide credit on Pedidos Ya.
- Birthday Day Off: Offer a birthday day off.
- Important Gift Cards: Provide important gift cards for the referral plan.
