**About Us**:
At TopFoxx, we're passionate about providing solutions to our customers. We design and sell innovative, solution-oriented sunglasses that combine style, comfort, and functionality (ie. Tangle-Free, Floating, Foldable sunglasses). Our mission is to provide retailers and department stores with the best sunglasses on the market. We're seeking driven, motivated, and independent individuals to join our sales team and help us grow our B2B partnerships.
Are you a dynamic salesperson with a knack for building strong relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of connecting with new clients? If so, we want you to join our team as a B2B Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our sunglasses to other retailers and department stores. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring our products are available in top locations nationwide. This is a remote position with a requirement of making 150 connected calls per week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct 150 connected calls per week to retailers and department stores.
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, introducing them to our product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Continuously upskill and stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- A self-starter with a track record of making a significant impact.
