About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Leader to join our team in Argentina. As a key member of our Advisory Delivery team, you will be responsible for advising financial institutions and Fintechs on their cloud journey. Your expertise will help organizations design innovative solutions using cloud services to create value and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with C-level executives to align on and execute strategic transformation initiatives.
- Identify business and IT drivers of cloud adoption within the financial sector and design tailored strategies for success.
- Optimize financial business processes such as digital banking, payments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits.
- Design and deliver technical solutions addressing specific financial sector complexities, such as scalability in data management, Fintech platform integration, regulatory compliance, and enhanced cybersecurity.
- Assist in planning and executing organizational change management within financial institutions, driving stakeholder buy-in while navigating stringent regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development.
- Experience engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs.
