Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Architect for Cloud Native Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions across our enterprise. Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using leading cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business needs">
  • Lead pricing tool development initiatives, working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure solutions effectively address identified business needs">
  • Effectively manage the distributor enablement tool product backlog, clearly communicating backlog items to stakeholders, product managers, and the scrum team">
  • Develop and maintain release plans for distributor experience tool enhancements, incorporating financial costs and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) considerations into the planning process">
  • Champion team development and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Customer Experience tool team">
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for the planning and execution of Pricing tool Product Backlog Items">
  • Uphold the quality of Pricing tool deliverables by reviewing sprint backlog items, offering feedback to the scrum team, and actively engaging in agile events">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience leading large, remote, global IT teams, with 5+ years focused on development lifecycle leadership within a product team framework">
  • Experience in architecting, deploying, and managing applications across leading cloud platforms, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of cloud services including computing, database management, application development, and integration services">
  • Solid technical expertise in .NET development, cloud architecture design, embedded systems, CI/CD, security, and compliance">
  • Proven expertise in designing applications that are highly scalable and resilient, leveraging cloud scalability features such as load balancing, auto-scaling, and caching services">
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, adept at managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and releases, particularly within a cloud-hosted application development environment">
  • Able to address complex technical and integration challenges with a strategic mindset, utilizing analytical and data-driven decision-making to optimize the application's performance and capabilities">
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce platforms, and experience integrating .NET applications with these platforms">
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and scrum masters to foster a productive and agile environment">
  • Skilled in leading communication efforts and reporting, adept at preparing and presenting comprehensive updates and reports to senior leaders and stakeholders">
  • Expertise in backlog prioritization, ensuring that items are assessed and ordered based on their value, complexity, and impact to the business">

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
