Senior Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at STEFANINI LATAM.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that involves working closely with the analytics team to design and implement real-time BI reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams in B2B business.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes;
- Getting accurate, real-time data for visualizing team performance;
- Task list ownership;
- Quarterly account performance reviews;
- Work with the analytics team to design and implement real-time BI reports;
- Documentation ownership;
- Business Travel calendar ownership;
- Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales support process improvement;
- Design sales operational processes and practices to optimize performance and accelerate growth efforts;
- Work with the leadership on design and administration of compensation plans;
- Review territory sales and account performance and ownership;
- Drive training and educational initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in CRM or similar software;
- Expertise in building workflows, dashboards, funnel analysis, and automation;
- Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
