About the Role:This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the F&B operations across the region, comprising about 45 venues and various brands. As the LATAM F&B Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance, manage F&B locations, and foster relationships with external partners.
Your primary focus will be on four key areas: business planning and analytics, management development, new openings, and partner management. You'll work closely with our Global F&B department to design and structure the regional F&B offering, ensure product and service quality, and develop strategies to scale F&B products while maintaining global standards.
A key aspect of this role is handling external partner relations and identifying new F&B partnerships. You'll collaborate with revenue management and commercial teams to meet revenue and breakfast sales targets, work with B2B sales teams to achieve event sales goals, and lead recruitment for all F&B staff in the region.
Responsibilities:- Venue Profitability: Manage the F&B P&L, achieve operational goals, and monitor performance.
- Venue Operations: Train staff, support the Global F&B department, identify and onboard internal and external F&B partners, and lead the monitoring and enforcement of F&B standards.
- Partner Management: Handle external partner relations, identify new F&B partnerships, and collaborate with the Global F&B department.
- Recruitment: Lead recruitment for all F&B staff in the region.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish or Portuguese, depending on location.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in various F&B roles, including at least 2 years managing multiple locations with full P&L and operational responsibility.
- Deep expertise in F&B, with a focus on Service, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong financial and P&L management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong cultural fit with the company and regional markets.
