About the Role
Buenos Aires is seeking a driven Beauty Sales Representative to join our team and promote our exclusive line of Japanese skincare products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with B2B clients in the beauty industry, becoming a product expert, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients and prospects
- Manage sales data and client information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve sales goals

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong negotiation skills and product knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM software and technology
