Business Development Manager

TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Debt Capital Markets industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Capital Markets business
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals that meet client needs
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Capital Markets business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Debt Capital Markets industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
