Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and staff business lines, you will provide legal support in contractual negotiations with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Your expertise will help drive business growth and success while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for contractual negotiations
- Review and approve marketing materials, terms and conditions, and other relevant documentation for new product launches
- Manage and maintain accurate records of corporate legal documents, including legal books, board meetings, and shareholders' meetings
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date legal inventory of all contracts executed by different legal entities
- Provide administrative support for payments to external law firms, working closely with the finance department
Requirements:
- Law degree
- 1-3 years overall professional experience
- 3 years of experience in corporate legal matters
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- English Advanced: Strong written and reading skills in English, and ability to communicate orally if necessary
- Highly motivated and self-starting attitude with a desire to thrive on new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to fully communicate in Spanish and English
