Key Responsibilities:
  1. Protocol-Specific Documentation: Prepare protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents and other study-related documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  2. Study Monitoring and Conduct: Perform routine tasks across assigned studies, including site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, monitoring day-to-day study performance, and overseeing Laboratory Centralized Monitoring.
  3. Timely Communication and Resolution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve queries and protocol questions, issues, and escalations in a timely manner.
  4. Status Reporting and Trend Identification: Utilize status reports, monitoring tools, and outputs to identify trends and provide valuable insights to internal and external teams.
  5. Meeting Participation and Coordination: Represent the company at internal and external meetings, participate in external and internal audits/inspections, and support study training with sites, CRAs, and customers as needed.
