Job OverviewThis commission-based role is ideal for proactive sourcing specialists who excel in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates. As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and identifying candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Engaging and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
- Maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
- Building and nurturing relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
- Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
- Keeping up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining regular communication with team members.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000, depending on performance and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy the freedom to work remotely with flexible hours and no geographical restrictions.
