We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team at ITPS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through thorough testing and collaboration with our development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing technical design documents and providing timely feedback.
- Ensuring API performance and product quality meet company standards.
- Creating detailed test plans and cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities.
- Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs.
- Performing regression testing after bug resolution.
- Liaising with internal teams to identify system requirements.
- Monitoring debugging process results.
- Investigating non-conforming software causes and training users on solutions.
- Tracking quality assurance metrics.
- Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with automating web services and REST APIs.
- Experience with automated testing tools and C# test automation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Bug Tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and white box/black box testing.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Excellent debugging skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development process and maintain good internal and external relationships.
- Excellent command of written, read, and spoken English.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
