Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure thorough testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and resolve issues.
  • Monitor debugging process results and investigate root causes.
  • Track quality assurance metrics and stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.
  • Provide timely and meaningful feedback on technical requirements and designs.

Requirements

  • Computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering degree.
  • 4-5 years of previous experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with automating web services, REST APIs, using MSTest, SOAP UI, or any other similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Experience in C# test automation is a plus.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Experience with functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
  • Excellent debugging skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent command of written, read, and spoken English.
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
