**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of automation and performance testing best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with various automation and performance tools (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, TestNG, Git, SoupUI, Postman, JMeter, and/or LoadRunner).
- Experience using modern testing methodologies including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD deployment methods
- 3-5 years of experience of testing in Agile companies/projects and demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams
- Automated script design, coding, debugging and maintenance skills

- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
- Work with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams on bug fixes.
- Generate test summary reports for management review.
- Analyze the root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
- Coach, mentor and provide assistance to junior team members as needed.
- Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
- Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
