**The Role**: We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our "RN" team. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing of new features and functionality prior to release to production and works closely with our product and development teams to resolve bugs. **Responsibilities**: - Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. - Ensuring that performance of APIs and quality of products conform to established company standards, guidelines, specifications and customer requirements. - Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities. - Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs. - Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Liaising with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. - Monitoring debugging process results. - Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. - Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. - Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. **Requirements**: - Computer science, computer engineering or software engineering degree. - 4-5 years of previous experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer. - Hands-on experience with automating web services, REST APIs, using MSTest, SOAP UI or any other similar tools. - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. - Experience in C# test automation is a plus. - Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes. - Knowledge Bug Tracking tools (e.g. Jira). - Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. - Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. - Experience with functional, non-functional and regression testing. - Excellent Debugging skills. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. - Strong Analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good internal and external relationships. - Excellent command of written, read and spoken English. - Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
