**The Role**: We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer who you will create test scripts and cases and perform actual testing for positive and negative to join our "IH" team workflows. You will compile and contribute to a "suite of suites" testing automation program, and conduct automated, manual, and regression testing. Feeling comfortable talking about these results, you will provide detailed result sets for all testing, as well as provide recommendations to Engineering and Product when needed. Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement automated testing frameworks, testing processes and the automated tests themselves (functional, integration & regression). - Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. - Understand and analyze product features being tested. - Create test plans. - Document test cases. - Code automated tests. - Record test progress and results. - Discover bugs within software that exist within normal expected use as well as edge cases and unusual user activity. - Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes. - Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing and remediation. - Identify any potential problems that users might encounter. - Perform both manual and automated testing with a goal to automate as many of the manual tests as possible. - Evolve our Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment processes by helping to implement new workflows and tools with the goal of moving testing as close to code change as is possible. - Maintain updated knowledge of and frequently research new tools, technologies, and testing processes or methodologies. - Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality across modern browsers. - Develop and use SQA dashboards to report on test results and overall product quality, identifying traceable KPIs for illustrating product quality. - Work collaboratively with software engineers to enhance and improve software products. - Other duties, as necessary. **Requirements**: - Prior experience in software development and testing. - Familiarity with CI/CD environments. - Secure API testing experience. - Selenium (or similar robust toolkit) testing experience. - Knowledge of SQL. - Mobile platform testing. - Strong experience in automated testing. - Strong knowledge of Test Theory. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
