Responsibilities- Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that our software products meet customer requirements by conducting thorough testing and bug identification.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our product and development teams to resolve bugs and improve overall quality.
- Test Planning and Execution: Create detailed test plans and execute tests to ensure high-quality software.
- Bug Reporting and Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly to ensure prompt resolution.
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with automating web services and REST APIs using MSTest, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools like Jira.
- Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Experience with functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
- Experience with Selenium.
- Excellent Debugging skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Strong Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written, read, and spoken English.
