Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced German, both written and spoken; English is essential (Excluding)

• This role operates within a Monday to Friday schedule, requiring availability from 8am to 2pm, with occasional needs for holiday or weekend work. Flexibility is essential.

• Proven resilience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in navigating a Windows environment.

• Experience in customer service with a strong commitment to fostering customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship-building, and effective communication skills.

• Demonstrated consultative skills, with the ability to influence and resourcefulness.

• Outstanding listening and relationship-building capabilities.

• Innovative problem-solving skills, eager to develop tailored solutions.

• Experience in managing or working within a small business is advantageous.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, with educational benefits available.

• Service-oriented approach to engaging with customers.
