Marketing & Operations Talent Acquisition Lead - LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Operations Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top Marketing & Operations talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for Marketing & Operations positions, aligning with our organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex Marketing & Operations positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Lead and manage a team of junior recruiters, providing guidance and support as needed, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with Marketing & Operations leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with those needs.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top Marketing & Operations talent.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to ensure they are efficient, effective, and cost-effective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, including staffing agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong pipeline of top Marketing & Operations talent.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 5+ years of experience as an MKT & OPS specialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex MKT positions.
- 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business admin or human resources.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics.
- A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator.
