Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support services to various departments within Evolution Gaming.
- Greet customers and visitors, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right personnel.
- Manage biometric systems, taxi services, and visitor sign-up processes.
- Collaborate with and supervise cleaning companies to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Maintain office conditions and arrange necessary repairs via ticketing systems.
- Take part in training new employees.
- Compose and submit weekly reports if required.
- Coordinate and manage administrative records for staff, guest, and contractor parking.
- Pre-approve office-related orders and invoices with the Office Lead.
- Ensure coffee machines, vending machines, and other equipment are functioning properly.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining proper stock levels.
- Oversee construction projects, furniture inventory, and maintenance.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and assist with event preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
