Gerente de Contact Center

En Assist Card, buscamos a un profesional para ocupar el rol de Gerente de Contact Center, quien tenga la capacidad de liderar a un equipo de Asistentes para brindar un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar al equipo para lograr los objetivos de servicio y asegurar un desempeño de excelencia.
- Analisar y asignar casos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los mismos en cuanto a su calidad y finalización.
- Dar seguimiento en segundo nivel a la gestión de llamadas y casos del operador de Asistencias.
- Redactar y comunicar verbalmente y por escrito, nuevas rutinas de trabajo en el área.
- Monitorear y asistir a los miembros de su equipo con respecto a su performance individual y la calidad de atención a nuestros clientes.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de carreras universitarias como Comunicación, Administración y/o afines.
- Experiencia en posiciones a fines (se valorará experiencia en empresas de Salud, Concierge, Turismo o afines).
- Inglés a partir de B2 (excluyente).
- Manejo intermedio de paquete office.
