Contact Center Operations
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our contact center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily workflow to meet customer service standards.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of assigned reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Support and assist with insurance exception queues and validation.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, banking, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize to meet goals.
