- Design, implement, and scale high-impact marketing strategies across various channels (B2B and B2C).
- Increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights.
- Experiment with different marketing channels to identify what works best for Softr's business and product.
- Stay up-to-date with online advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Measure the success of our GTM strategy and report key metrics to the leadership team.
As a Growth Marketer at Softr, you'll have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of building our growth engine. You'll collaborate with our Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team to drive consistent growth patterns. Your skills will help us scale successful channels and uncover new opportunities.
- Broad expertise across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops, and analytics.
- A passion for no-code and automation, with a desire to understand our audience and explore meaningful use cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with customers and gathering insights in real-time.
- A customer-centric mindset, with experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi-geographical customers.
- An ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and change, prioritizing initiatives, and reporting key metrics to the entire company.
