Office Manager Job Description

BA Global Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Palermo, Buenos Aires. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, supporting a dynamic team of 100 employees, and assisting the CEO with their needs, particularly during their travels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
  • Assist the CEO with travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and any last-minute changes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering a positive office culture.
  • Proactively address and manage unexpected situations, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours availability to support the CEO.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate after-hours support as needed.
