About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Optimization Lead is responsible for overseeing the health of our global TA supply chain, driving process excellence and optimization, and maintaining a close working relationship with other departments within HR.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and review daily management boards to monitor TA performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct predictive analytics and insights to aid delivery teams in problem prevention and opportunities for improvement.
- Support staffing recommendations based on workload type, demand, cost, etc.
- Analyze critical hiring areas and develop strategies to improve TA performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or specialized training in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of prior relevant experience in recruitment or another HR function.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HR processes and systems.
