Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing cross-platform campaigns and crafting high-converting copy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facebook Ads, TikTok, and Google, with a proven track record of exceeding ROAS goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring a strong focus on ROAS and profitability.
- Develop and implement multi-platform media buying strategies, maintaining a performance-driven approach to ROI.
- Write high-converting copy for ads, funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and video sales letters (VSLs).
- Design and execute effective sales funnel strategies, leveraging A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Lead a team of specialists to expand advertising efforts across multiple platforms.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience managing high-performance Facebook ad campaigns, with a strong knowledge and experience in media buying across TikTok, Google, and other advertising platforms. They will also possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, high-converting ad copy across various platforms and formats.
