IOLer se busca En IOL queremos brindar acceso a todas las personas al mundo de las inversiones y proteger sus ahorros. Para lograrlo, estaremos sumando un Marketing Performance Specialist a nuestro equipo de Marketing.

Objetivo del puesto

Es responsable de setear, organizar y optimizar las campañas publicitarias pagas en todos los canales digitales que la compañía utiliza, para alcanzar el objetivo de crecimiento planificado, enfocándose en conseguir el mejor costo de adquisición posible en relación con los objetivos de inversión establecidos.

¿Cuáles serían tus desafíos?
  1. Estructurar, implementar, analizar y optimizar las estrategias de performance en plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, entre otras.
  2. Analizar diariamente el rendimiento de las campañas, realizar ajustes, reubicaciones y optimizaciones necesarias en pos de detectar oportunidades y cumplir los objetivos y el presupuesto planteado.
  3. Realizar AB tests para iterar nuestra forma de pautar, optimizando continuamente los ratios de conversión y maximizando el ROAS.
  4. Implementar y ser responsable de Google Tag Manager, permitiendo medir los hits de los eventos que son críticos para las optimizaciones de las campañas y los KPIs que monitorea el equipo.
  5. Proponer y definir canales publicitarios más eficaces para cada target.
  6. Proponer e implementar ideas y acciones para superar los objetivos (ej. nuevos canales).
  7. Monitorear los cambios de la industria que impactan en SEM y traducirlos en recomendaciones para el negocio.
  8. Asistir en el armado de reportes de gestión y análisis de la performance en cuanto a las variables claves del negocio.
  9. Ser el referente de performance en la compañía, garantizando un contacto próximo con los diferentes equipos de marketing para colaborar en la adquisición de calidad y nivel de conversión de los leads objetivo.
  10. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los líderes de otros equipos para crear estrategias.

Requisitos
  1. Graduado universitario de ingeniería industrial, Lic en Economía, o afines. Se valorará la formación de Posgrado en data mining, data science o similar.
  2. Completo dominio de las plataformas de Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Twitter Ads, funcionalidades, lectura de reportes, conocimiento de métricas, estructuración de campañas y técnicas de optimización.
  3. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Marketing Performance, manejo de herramientas como: GA4, GTM, entre otras.
  4. Marcada capacidad analítica, y habilidades para extraer conclusiones e insights a partir de los datos.
Es un plus
  1. Conocimiento en programática.
  2. Haber trabajado en un startup o empresa de tecnología.
  3. Conocimientos de mercado de capitales.
  4. Idioma: Inglés.
  5. Conocimiento de nuevas tendencias, herramientas y plataformas de performance.
