Senior Scrum Master Opportunity at a Transformed Organization

About This Role
This Senior Scrum Master position is a critical component of our organization's transformation journey. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the adoption of Agile methodologies and drive project delivery excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile practices and tools across global strategic priority teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in communication, collaboration, and removal of barriers.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum-related meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, and more.
- Work with Product Owners and teams to develop roadmaps and manage backlog.
- Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current sprint.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
- Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement in mindset and practices.
- Act as an Agile Ambassador in sessions across the organization, including Communities of Practice and Leadership Forums.
Key Qualifications and Experiences
- 6+ years of experience leading Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams.
- 6+ years of Scrum Master active experience.
- 6+ years of experience influencing, engaging teams, and driving change.
- Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies (RTE, Scrum Master) from a recognized Agile certifier.
- Strong skills in managing stakeholders, negotiating, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
- ADO experience in using and setting up Azure DevOps tools for managing projects.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
- Ability to work in a virtual team, which may work across cultures and time zones.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
Additional Information
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
