Chevron is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field, and be able to manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of benefits and compliance with policies. This will involve collaborating with vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders, and performing tasks such as:

  • Benefit and contract renewals
  • Enrollment process coordination
  • Disability case management
  • Payroll transfer administration

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving escalated issues
  • Knowledge of relevant benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate benefit plans and proposals

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in supporting multinational client groups is also an advantage.
