You'll oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed. This includes developing and delivering training programs, creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and fostering open communication among team members.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed.
  • Employee Experience: Support engagement initiatives and employee programs to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HRIS updates, and process employee lifecycle updates.
  • Compliance: Act as our local expert on labor laws and regulations to ensure our policies reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage a high level of data integrity, generate and analyze people data, providing insights to support decision making and improve processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefit programs, including benefit questions and communication of updates to employees.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in HR, and people operations roles with a track record supporting recruitment and employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing onboarding processes and developing training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
