Job Details:

Role Description: As an Employee Engagement & Events Senior Specialist, you will plan, organise, and execute in-person or virtual events and initiatives to connect employees locally and globally. In addition to serving as the go-to resource for key stakeholders in LATAM, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve upon our local employee engagement strategy. You will be part of a global team and report to the Employee Engagement Manager based in America.

Responsibilities:

  1. Amplify and execute key company initiatives and global events locally (e.g. Regional Kick-Off, Salesforce Birthday, Global Volunteer Month).
  2. Create innovative events and campaigns that celebrate local holidays, culture, and business milestones for local employees to be engaged, recognized, and more connected.
  3. Support Leadership, Internal Communications, and Human Resources to execute business-facing events (e.g. Employee All Hands, Town Halls, regular updates).
  4. Lead monthly local leadership meetings to bring alignment and transparency to local executives.
  5. Partner with Internal Communications to manage the Culture Guides program by inspiring, motivating, and enabling the network of passionate employees across LATAM to foster connection and bring the fun
  6. Promote employee wellbeing through a broad range of activities and programs by leveraging company resources, partnering with the global wellbeing program team, and bringing together employees who are wellbeing enthusiasts.
  7. Help source employee stories for employer award submissions, execute engagement initiatives to build employee pride, and plan celebrations for employer recognition programs.
  8. Seek and monitor employee feedback to implement continuous improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5+ years experience in employee engagement, community management, project management, or event planning.
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong sense of ownership, creativity, curiosity, and strategic mindset.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Comfortable navigating through complexity and ambiguity.
  7. Experience building relationships with stakeholders across functions, geographies, and at all levels of the organisation.
  8. Experience working with a global team and being managed remotely.
  9. Proficient with Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, etc.).
  10. Experience using various remote communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Webex.
