About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Jules. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for closing warm inbound leads, executing project management tasks, and driving sales growth through effective client engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Effectively handle warm inbound leads to convert inquiries into sales.
  2. Understand and manage customer expectations and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Quickly learn and maintain knowledge of products in our product catalog.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project management and execution.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in over-the-phone and email-based B2B sales with US customers in English, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the health/wellness/beauty industries is highly preferred.
  3. Communication Skills: Must have a neutral English accent with conversational fluency to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Must have high emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond appropriately to customers' verbal cues.
  4. Skills: Proactive and strong work ethic with fully formed sales skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in a sales role.
  5. Adaptability: Capable of quickly learning and adapting to new product categories and market demands.
Compensation

Base: $1,500 per month + commission
Target Earnings: $2,200 per month including commissions
