Position Summary:

As a Marketing Representative for Monster Energy, you will be responsible for executing the company's brand portfolio awareness and local marketing initiatives within a defined market. You will report to the CEM Team leader and be accountable for growing brand awareness and loyalty with a strong focus on university programs. Your key responsibilities will include building relationships with students' leaders, POS owners, and generating brand awareness at the POS inside and outside. You will also execute and coordinate events/activations related to brand core pillars, gather and structure information to support brand plans, and maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • University Program Execution: build relationships with students' leaders, POS owners, and generate brand awareness at the POS inside and outside.
  • Drop products weekly and maintain relationships with key opinion brand friends/ambassadors related to brand core pillars.
  • Execute and coordinate events/activations related to brand core pillars.
  • Support commercial team/TDM's with the store's execution of the University plan.
  • Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform.
Requirements:
  • Preferred field of study: Marketing, Business, or Sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Promotional Experience, Promotions, Marketing, or Field Marketing.
  • Clean driving record.
