About the Role

Ferrero is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead the execution area in Conosur, driving revenue, profitability, market share, and people development for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Ferrero's execution at the point of sale (POS) within the "MYPS" visibility platform guidelines in all stores served by Ferrero's direct team.
  2. Manage the budget to ensure the correct availability of resources in regular and seasonal events.
  3. Develop territories and accounts, seeking market share growth, supply accuracy, and operational gains, aligned with Customer, Logistics, and Sales Planning managers.
  4. Ensure the continuous development and training of the regional sales team and merchandising team through training in partnership with HR, periodic meetings, and development plans.
  5. Construct a pipeline for the Brazil sales and merchandising team.
  6. Deliver the Brazil result of the Field accounts in terms of financial results, P&L, and business indicators, execution of stores within MYPS, and continuous development of the team.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with basic presentations, basic knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and experience in the role, mainly in:

  1. Visibility Platform Implementation, Execution, Scoring, and Monitoring (MYPS)
  2. Revenue and Performance of the Territory | accounts
  3. Territory P&L | accounts
  4. Sales Indicators (Sell in, Sell out, Positivation, Price Compliance, DOH, and Operations Efficiency)
Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess advanced competencies in Change Management, Contract Management, and Costing and Budget Management, as well as expert-level skills in Negotiation, Learning and Talent Development, and Business Acumen.
