The Role

We're seeking a skilled Collaboration Solutions Product Manager to join our Enterprise Video and Voice Product Line. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate product visions and strategies aligned with our customers' long-term business goals.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • IDentify market needs and develop products that meet those needs.
  • Manage product backlogs, define product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Create and maintain product definitions, product roadmaps, and customer-facing service level agreements.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and maintain a clear vision for the product.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
