Key Responsibilities- Coach and facilitate Scrum Teams in applying agile principles and frameworks to drive business outcomes
- Protect team members from external distractions and remove impediments to ensure seamless delivery
- Foster a safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of retribution or judgment
- Enable teams to take ownership of their work and make decisions autonomously
We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of agile frameworks, including Scrum, and experience in coaching and facilitating teams. If you have a servant leadership mindset and are proficient in using Agile delivery tools, we would love to hear from you.
