Job DescriptionThe Product Owner/Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating the product development and serving as a collaborative liaison between Data Governance leadership, Product Stakeholders, and Product Delivery teams. This individual will maintain the product/team backlog, leading backlog prioritization of initiatives, aligning experiences across channels and touch points to ensure the best business results.
Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required;
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Bachelor's Degree or additional equivalent experience preferred;
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements to technology partners;
- Experience defining and delivering Information Lifecycle Management solutions, including Data Retention, Legal Hold, and Records Management.
