About the Role

This position is part of the Sales organization in the Motion business area in Argentina, Buenos Aires. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be a key technical resource in the assigned area, providing technical advice and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists on ABB products and systems. Your expertise will be essential in determining the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems; and ensure achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering graduated or senior student.
• 2 to 3 years of experience working in similar position.
• Data analysis (Market / competitors / KPIs / Stock) Drives and motors experience (must).
• Experience of Tendering and offering (must).
• SAP and Salesforce experience (desirable).
• Ecommerce experience will be taking as add value.
• Excel and electrical knowledge (variable speed drives and motor).
• Intermediate level of English (must).
