Operations Manager Job Description

Aliancers is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our remote service center in Retiro, Buenos Aires. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the delivery of services in the area of hazard outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short and long-term goals that align with the organization's focus and vision.
  • Manage and administer an operating budget for the area of responsibility, ensuring all projections and actual expenses meet budgeted objectives.
  • Formulate policy and procedures for the area of responsibility, and provide leadership to supervisory staff to ensure efficient and effective levels of service.
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
  • Interface with local vendors to maintain Mail Services equipment, negotiate with outside vendors for competitive pricing and services, and participate in safety and disaster recovery programs.
  • Direct the preparation of records and reports, and review and interpret them to ensure goals are being attained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Three plus years of progressively more responsible experience in management, preferably with expertise in workflow management and mail services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of human resource policies and procedures, and working knowledge of legacy servicing systems.
