- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including marketing, commercial, and financial activities, to ensure business results in our bottler territories.
- Project Execution: Lead strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving our bottler partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our bottler partners, shareholders, and senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other regions and operations peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within the Coca-Cola System or within the industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, influencing, and strategic communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, including budgeting and revenue growth.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
- Marketing Knowledge: Experience in marketing and commercial strategies.
English and Spanish are required.
