Located in a remote setting with Pacific Standard Time zone, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-scope deliverables. As our ideal candidate, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Management: Ensure efficient client onboarding and effectively manage client requests.
  • Internal Communication: Utilize internal systems and tools to communicate with teams and ensure timely project completion.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, scopes, and deliverables, assigning tasks to the right teams.
  • Profitability Management: Maintain client work within scope and budget.
  • Deliverable Coordination: Track milestones with assigned teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare status reports and communicate progress with clients and stakeholders.
  • Scope & Budget Management: Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • SCRUM experience and understanding of Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Strong business requirements gathering background and full project life-cycle management.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in marketing agencies or digital marketing backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with Gantt chart management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing products like SEO, search marketing, and web design.
